Fort Magistrate furious over failure to remove S/DIG Deshabandu Thennakoon from Colombo over his role in the May 9 mayhem at #GotaGoGama. Disciplinary powers over S/DIG is with the PSC. A lawyer had asked if PSC now stands for Protecting Scandalous Conduct.
